I live on the beautiful island of Oahu. I drink a lot of coffee, read a lot of books, and have a lot of tattoos. As a neurodivergent author, my dream characters and scenarios involve complex people, emotional wounds, normalizing nurturing those things that make us unique, and the magic of finding the person who sees all of you and still wants more.

Random Facts:

1. I grew up in Colorado.

2. The first story I ever wrote was about aliens and I decorated the cover with foil. I was 7.

3. Each of my 5 kids were born in a different city.

4. I've lived in Hawaii longer than anywhere since I left home.

5. I'm obsessed with the enneagram! (I'm a 4w5 and definitely use it to shape characters)

6. I was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD (once called ADD) at 37.

7. I could never eat pizza again and be perfectly happy.

8. I've battled severe depressive disorder, PPD, generalized anxiety disorder, RSD, C-PTSD, and try to address mental health issues, and how NORMAL they are, in all of my books.
